My story is pretty simple. Just a young guy in his prime, trying to make the most of it! I didn't really care about health, nutrition, and fitness until I was about 17 years old. By that time, I took a strong interest in joining the military. There was a fitness test requirement, so I began to work out with simple exercises such as dumbbell bicep curls, push-ups, sit-ups, and just jogging on the treadmill. Since then, the army has kicked my ass into shape and in the summer of 2015, I started working out for my own benefit and interest. I came across Scott Herman around Christmas time of 2015 and he has become a great inspiration for me.
