About Me
I just turned 50. 5 years ago I started working out, trying to get fit. I get in the best shape of my life...and then I grew a bone spur on my vertebrae and it was crushing my spinal cord. Spinal surgery went well, and now 3 years later I am back in the game. Goal is to see my abs for the first time. :)
