I actually used to follow scott's youtube channel when I started training 4 - 5 years ago, it taught me alot and stayed with me until 1.5 years later, when I got married. All that time that used to go to the gym all of a sudden had to go elseware. Now finally got time for it and decided to pick it up again, I really want that body I got from it back then back. Day90 update: Now I got the body I used to have back actually. But this time, Ill keep going, starting the full body evolution schedule tomorrow! Will be uploading transformation pictures.
