Since 2017 lazy old and fat
Its a depressing lifestyle pizzas hamburger alcohol.
2019 Started building my home gym.
1st January it would be build.
It allows me to do my training uninterrupted.
Eliminating all excuses.
The training gives the endorfines it makes physical exercise most rewarding.
I don't get frustrated with how much i weight how big my muscles how strong my cardio. All i care about is hitting the release of the endorfines enjoying the relaxing feeling. All gains and goals come from the training itself.

Do the workout fully totally simply
The after glow of the workout is on its own rewarding.
In the beginning few months
After this release the inner beast and enjoy the awesome thrill of the strong body.

Amazing for a few months
