About Me
I've always been active and about 20 years ago I was kinda serious about my weight training. Work and other boring stuff took too much time and I have tried to maintain some sort of base to restart from. I have used some apps on my phone to help me measure my achievements and even keep an eye on what I'm eating. I also have ulcerative colitis that will stop me from working out from time to time and the medications have some side effects that's not that nice but I hope I will be able to stop the medication eventually. I'm married and have two kids.
