Everyone has that sweet tooth craving, especially when trying to lose weight. Not to worry my friends, here is delicious and nutritious recipe for some ice cream that’s easy to make and won’t kill your diet!
Serving Size: 1 bowl of ice cream
Protein: 43 grams
Carbs: 11.5 grams
Fat: 5.5 grams
1 scoop of vanilla protein
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 cup water
½ cup fat-free greek yogurt
1 tablespoon glucomannan
Combine all of the powdered ingredients into a bowl or shaker-cup.
Next, add the almond milk, water, fat free yogurt and mix all the ingredients together.
Once completely mixed together, pour the mixture into a small Ziploc bag.
Fill an additional Ziploc with ice and add about ½ cup of salt, and let that sit for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes put the bag with the mixture (still zipped closed) into the bigger bag filled with the ice and salt and shake it for 10 minutes.
Once shaking is complete the mixture should now be an ice cream consistency!
If you want it to be thicker, you can put the Ziploc bag with the mixture in it in the freezer until desired thickness is reached.
