Our high-protein smoothies are a very good source of protein and vitamins. The high-protein smoothie is easy and fast to prepare. With this fitness recipe you can easily create a nutritious and flavor-rich high-protein smoothie in minutes. Serving Size: 1 Smoothie

  • Calories: 252

  • Protein: 42.3 grams

  • Carbs: 12.8 grams

  • Fat: 2.4 grams

Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 100g Raspberries (frozen)

  • 40g Blueberries

  • 40g Whey Protein (Vanilla)

  • 3 Egg whites

  • 200ml Water

Directions:

  1. Put all the ingredients into the blender.

  2. Add about 200ml of water.

  3. Mix it for about 1 minute.

I recommend to enjoy the High-Protein Smoothie immediately after preparation when it´s fresh and cold. You can also add some ice cubes for that extra cool taste!

Wont u get salmonella poisoning from the eggs i might sound stupid just want to know

Bacteria in the egg, if any at all, needs moisture, temperature and time to divide and therefore mutltiply. So by preparing, and consuming it quickly you reduce the chance of the bacteria becoming dangerous and with the added chill of the frozen raspberries the temperature won't be close enough to the optimum for them to divide quick enough. Hopefully that helps! :)
