Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:


  • 1 banana
  • 1.5 scoop vanilla casein protein powder
  • 2 tsp stevia
  • 3 drops vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp almond milk


Directions:


  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Put into a cup.

  3. Place into fridge for 30 minutes.

  4. Top with some fresh fruit of your choice.
