A delicious take on a classic recipe that is super quick to make and high in protein!
This recipe is my own creation that I put together based on what I could find in my freezer and cupboard, I was looking for something low fat and low carb and this was just the ticket!

Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
100g of beef steak
150g Cooked and peeled prawns
1 courgette
½ tin of chopped tomato
Pepper
Salt
Chilli flakes
Tea spoon of olive oil
Instructions:
Chop the courgettes and to a hot frying pan with oil salt pepper and chilli flakes.
Slice the beef and add to pan.
Once the beef is cooked add prawns and stir to mix up and soak up some of the awesome flavours.
Add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Now serve.
