Spicy Turkey Teriyaki Noodle Stir Fry

Light your taste buds on fire with this is a quick and easy high protein low fat meal that is very simple to make and very filling.

Serving Size: 1 serving

  • Calories: 536

  • Fat: 8 grams

  • Carbs: 47 grams

  • Protein: 69 grams

Cooking Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 50g of Udon Noodles

  • 200g diced Turkey breast

  • 1 Yellow pepper

  • 100g bean sprouts

  • Table spoon of soy sauce

  • Table spoon of teriyaki sauce

  • Pepper

  • Salt 

  • Chilli Powder

  • Tea spoon of olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Marinade turkey in teriyaki sauce, chilli powder (to your desired level of hotness) and pinch of salt and pepper.

  2. Add noodles to a pan of boiling water and simmer until cooked, then drain and put to one side.

  3. Heat wok/pan with olive oil inside and add the marinated turkey.

  4. Cook turkey for 3-5 min and add the pepper and bean sprouts and soy sauce.

  5. Cook for a further 2-3 min and add noodles.

  6. Stir in the noodles until it is all fully mixed and serve.

  7. Enjoy!

Although this recipe only calls for a few ingredients, you can easily change it to keep things exciting in the kitchen! The vegetables are interchangeable as they can be added, swapped or taken away to create your own version.

I want to try this. but anyone ever think to try withShirataki noodles. i think there called

One bag of them is only like 10 calories and low carb.

The Shirataki noodles would be awesome in this! I planned to make this next week and I most likely will use the Shirataki noodles.

yea theres almost no sodium in them.  there made up of mostly water thats why i thoguht ide try them.  I was at the store today and didnt even see the noodles you use lmao its like my area sucks
