Simple and quick homemade high protein oatmeal recipe ideal for breakfast!




Nutritional Facts


Serving Size: 1 serving

  • Calories: 487
  • Fat:  4.9grams
  • Carbs: 68.5 grams
  • Protein: 36.5 grams


Cooking Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 150 ml low fat milk
  • 50g old fashioned oats
  • 1 scoop of whey protein powder (chocolate)
  • cinnamon
  • dark chocolate
  • fruits (blueberries+ banana)


Directions:

  1. Mix oats with milk and cinnamon into a pot.

  2. Cook for a few minutes and while stirring with a spoon add 1 scoop of whey protein powder.

  3. Continue to mix all ingredients in the pot and then poor them into a breakfast bowl.

  4. Add some kind of fruits and dark chocolate on top for extra flavor.

  5. Enjoy!


This is my favorite recipe to start my day with. You can choose other fruits like kiwi or what you have available in your fridge :)
