Nutritional Facts


Serving Size: Entire Recipe

  • Calories: 400

  • Protein: 40 grams

  • Carbs: 15 grams

  • Fat: 23 grams

Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Bodybuilding.com 100% Caesin - Vanilla

  • 1 TBSP All Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter

  • 1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1/4 tsp Gluten-Free Xanthan Gum

  • 1 Quest Protein PB Cup

Directions:

  1. Add the ingredients (except the PB Cup) to a large bowl and mix with an electric hand mixer for 10 minutes (this creates the fluff).

  2. Cut 1 Quest Protein PB cup into tiny pieces using a sharp knife.

  3. Pour the fluff into a dessert bowl.

  4. Garnish with the PB cup pieces.

  5. It yields quite a large portion, so unless you are He-Man, I recommend eating half and placing the other half in the fridge for the following evening.
