Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:


  • 3 bananas
  • 1.5 scoops of vanilla protein powder
  • 6 tbsp almond milk
  • 3 tsp stevia
  • 5 drops vanilla extract


Directions:


  1. Blend all ingredients together.

  2. Add the mixture into a plastic container.

  3. Place into the freezer and let freeze overnight.

  4. Top with zero calorie syrup and fruit of your choice.
