Serving Size: 2 PB Cups (With PB2)

Calories: 163

Protein: 27 grams

Carbs: 10 grams

Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of BSN Syntha-6 Isolate in Chocolate Milkshake Flavour

  • 2 tsp of All Natural Peanut Butter, or if you really want to save calories, then use 1 TBSP PB2!

  • Water

Directions:

  1. Add a small amount of water to the protein powder to make it thick.

  2. Add this mixture into the bottom 1/3 of some silicon cups.

  3. Place these in the freezer and let them harden.

  4. Divide your Peanut Butter between both silicon cups.

  5. Place another dolop of your Whey mixture on top of the Peanut Butter.

  6. Put them back in the freezer to set.

  7. Enjoy!
