Cooking Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 scoop of Syntha-6 Isolate Peanut Butter Cookie

  • 1/2 banana (mashed)

  • 2 TBSP egg whites

  • 1 TBSP Walden Farms sugar free Pancake Syrup (or sweetener of choice)

  • 1 TBSP ground flaxseed meal

  • Pinch of baking powder

Icing ingredients:

  • 1/2 scoop of Syntha-6 Isolate Peanut Butter Cookie

  • 1 TBSP Walden Farms sugar free Pancake Syrup (or sweetener of choice)

  • A sparing amount of water (not too much, you want the icing to be thick)

Directions:

  1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl (by hand) and then pour the batter into a mug coated with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Microwave for 2 minutes.

  3. Invert the mug to drop the cake onto a plate.

  4. Top with Icing. To make the icing, mix the icing ingredients in a bowl.

  5. Enjoy!
