Here is an extraordinary dish, high in protein and very low in calories, suitable for LEAN gains!


To prepare yourselves for this recipe, make sure you have ready: a large cooking pot, a cookie sheet, a cutting knife and a wooden spoon.

Cooking Instructions

Ingredients:

Chicken Parmesan Balls

  • 6 oz diced chicken
  • 6 oz ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup pecorino romano cheese
  • ½ cup American grana cheese
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 scoop whey protein
  • 1 tbsp pesto sauce

Sauce (added once pasta is cooked)

  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 branch basil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 6 oz ground turkey
  • 1 can tomato sauce

 

Pasta

  • Cook 1 box, high protein source

 


Directions:

  1. Set a pot of boiling water for pasta.

  2. Prepare meat balls and place in oven at 350F.

  3. Add pasta to water, cook for 10 minutes.

  4. Strain pasta; add sauce ingredients.

  5. Let pot sit on stove on low for 15-20 minutes

  6. Once meat balls are cooked, add to pasta and serve.

  7. Enjoy!
