1/3 of a cup of All-Bran Buds into a bowl
3 TBSP Walden Farms Calorie Free/Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
2 TBSP PB2 (watch my PB2 video taste test and review below)
1 tsp of >70% dark chocolate chips (optional)
Mix these ingredients together and then pack them firmly into a small dish lined with plastic wrap (for ease of removal).
Place in the fridge for a couple of hours to set it. If you are impatient, place it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
Cut and serve.
