¾ cup almond milk (adjust to your texture liking)
1 large frozen banana (adjust to your carb intake liking)
1-2 handfuls of spinach
1 scoop mint chocolate protein (I happen to use Musclepharm)
Add all ingredients inside a blender and blend until smooth!
I personally like to add some ice to the mixture. This makes the shake a bit thicker and refreshingly ice cold after a hardcore workout!
