  • Calories: 73

Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 oz) of House Foods Tofu Shirataki Macaroni

  • 1 TBSP nutritional yeast

  • Seasoning - Pepper, salt-free Mrs Dash, hot chill pepper flakes, dehydrated minced onion flakes, etc.

Directions:

  1. Drain and thoroughly rinse 1 package (8 oz) of House Foods Tofu Shirataki Macaroni.

  2. Boil for 2-3 min.

  3. Dry very well.

  4. "Cheese Sauce" - Place the almond milk in the microwave for 60 seconds.

  5. Then add 1 TBSP nutritional yeast.

  6. Season with pepper, salt-free Mrs Dash, hot chill pepper flakes, dehydrated minced onion flakes, etc.

  7. Then combine your macaroni and cheese sauce!

  8. Enjoy!

NOTE: If you want a bit more protein...add chicken!
