Traditional cheesecake isn’t macro friendly, but this is one treat you can have anytime! It might be a good idea to have guests around though, so you don’t eat the entire cake in one sitting!

Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 120 g milled old fashioned oats
  • 60 g milled mix nuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 750 g ricotta cheese
  • 4 tbsp stevia
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 125 g blueberries
  • 4 tsp gelatin


Directions:

  1. Mix the oats, nuts, cinnamon & maple syrup together with a little bit of water.

  2. Place the mixture into a baking tray/dish.

  3. Bake at 180° for around 30 minutes.

  4. Let it cool for 15 minutes.

  5. Mix together ricotta, stevia, protein powder and blueberries.

  6. Prepare gelatin, add to the ricotta mixture and continue mixing.

  7. Pour the ricotta mixture onto the baked cake base.

  8. Put the cake into the fridge for 2 hours.

  9. Enjoy!
