Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of BSN ISOBURN Whey in Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 3 TBSP of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1/4 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)

  • 1/2 cup Fibre 1 Cereal

  • 1/4 cup of mixed berries

Directions:

  1. Mix the Isoburn and almond milk together in a bowl to create a pudding consistency.

  2. In a glass parfait dish, place the following layers

    o
    1/4 cup of mixed berries
    o
    1/2 of the Isoburn pudding
    o
    1/2 cup Fibre 1 Cereal
    o
    1/2 of the Isoburn pudding
    o
    1/4 cup of mixed berries
