If you’re trying to cut down on carbs, but still want to treat yourself in the morning with waffles, you can! All it takes is a little bit of protein powder and some slight recipe adjustments to turn a cheat into a treat!

  • Protein: 11.8 grams
  • Carbs: 10.2 grams
  • Fat: 4.8 grams

Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:


  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 4 tbsp ground oats
  • 130 g blueberries
  • 130g Greek yogurt


Directions:


  1. Mix protein powder and eggs together in a bowl.

  2. Add the coconut milk and oats to the bowl and mix again into a liquid.

  3. Pour the mixture into a waffle maker and cook until waffles are golden.

  4. Top with greek yogurt and blueberries.

  5. Enjoy!
