Don’t sabotage your clean eating regime by splurging on conventional deep fried crab cakes rife with butter and mayo! Make and eat these fabulously clean crab cakes instead!

Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 2 GG Scandinavian Bran Crispbreads

  • 3 oz crab meat

  • 1/4 cup egg whites

  • 1/2 cup spinach

  • 1 tsp dehydrated onion flakes

  • 1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes

  • Pepper

  • Squeeze the juice from ½ a lime

  • 1 TBSP Extra VIrgin Coconut Oil

Directions:

  1. Place 2 GG Scandinavian Bran Crispbreads into a spice/coffee grinder or Magic Bullet and grind into crumbs.

  2. Then also add the crab meat, egg whites, spinach, onion flakes, pepper and lime juice to the mixer and blend.

  3. Add 1 TBSP extra virgin coconut oil (EVCO) to a skillet. Or save on calories and fat by using a non-stick cooking spray (PAM).

  4. Divide the crab mixture into small cakes on the skillet.  Cook 3-4 minutes each side.

  5. Enjoy!
