Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 2 15-ounce cans Bush’s reduced sodium black beans or navy beans, well drained

  • ½ cup grated reduced fat cheddar (2% )

  • 3/4 cup finely chopped green onions (4 green onions)

  • 1/3 cup diced canned green chilies

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • 1-3 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (more or less, as desired)

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • salsa fresco on top (optional)

Directions:

  1. In food processor combine beans, green onions, green chilies, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, tabasco sauce, cheese and non-fat sour cream.

  2. You can either heat in sauce pan or microwave or serve as is.

  3. Top with salsa fresco if desired.

  4. Enjoy!
