Leaf rolled black bean burger full of blended spices and herbs, suitable for a vegetarian diet!


To prepare yourselves for this recipe, make sure you have ready: a large mixing bowl, a grill, a cutting knife, and a spatula.

Cooking Instructions

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • ½ cup scallions 
  • 1/3 cup peppers
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 1 can black beans (15 oz)
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 1 cup crushed-up chips
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ tsp cumin powder
  • ¾ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ cup cheddar
  • 2,5 oz quinoa
  • One large lettuce leaf



Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients into a bowl and form 6oz patties.

  2. Grill for 10-12 minutes on medium.

  3. Add black bean burger to a leaf roll for low carbohydrates! 

  4. Enjoy!
