Sushi like you’ve never had it before! Try this delicious banana sushi recipe when you are short on time but big on flavor!

Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 10 ground pistachios
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tortilla
  • 1 banana


Directions:

  1. Blend pistachios in a blender.

  2. Place tortilla flat on plate.

  3. Add peanut butter to the tortilla, spreading evenly.

  4. Add ground pistachios on top of the peanut butter.

  5. Put the banana on top of the peanut butter and pistachios, and roll tight.

  6. Cut into a few pieces (as many as desired).

  7. Sprinkle pistachios on top of each piece.

  8. Enjoy!
