As a kid I was always chubby but when I became 15 I grew and decided to try to do Cross Country running. I did that through high school and became the captain of the team and was thin and not muscled. I just want to try to get some muscle on me and keep my body fat % down. I had my brother develop a beginner program for me off the top of his head and it is starting to work but it is going slowly. I consume between 2870-3500 calories per day, 70-105 g of fat per day, 315-385 g of carbs per day, 140-175 g of protein per day, and drink more than 120 oz of water per day. My BMI is 21.6. -Eric Sipe
