Suffered from chronic pain for about 6 years now. Just recently I got diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Started working out to prevent muscle weakness. No particular goal for muscle growth or strength training, the plan is just to see how far I can go with the pain. If a side effect from this is looking sexier and being stronger then that's a sacrifice I'm willing to make 💪 P. S never skip leg day
