I started working out almost a year ago, i was skinny fat (means i was skinny everywhere but had a huge belly with bf of 25%) and weighed 55 kg and my friends used to make fun of me and mock me about me being skinny but also had male breasts and a huge belly but after working out straight for 1 year 3 months i gained 20 kg of muscle weight and reduced my body fat to 15% and i just love working out.
