A young ectomorph looking to gain muscle. With my idols being Bruce Lee (an ectomorph himself) and Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ive always had a passion for fitness, currently doing a cert IV in fitness. I look to improve my knowledge and my fitness. As an ectomorph usually skinny and tall, ive gained some weight and have been working out for about 6 months now. Its always hard to show the gains as a skinny guy but Ive noticed the improvement in my chest, shoulder and biceps as well as the upper triceps.
