i know this may sound crazy but here it goes I have a Skupt aim and absolutely love it!!!!! It has helped me to realize why such movement like overhead squats were difficult for me main reason was my hamstring muscles were not as strong as needed to do this movement in an effective way. Also it showed amazing growth in my biceps and triceps as I am getting better at doing pull ups. Not totaly there yet but working on it. This device has show me which muscles I need to work on and which side as well. Would have never would have thought one side would be more dominant than the other. I am truly thankful for this device, and this blog!!!!

I am waiting for a reply if and when they ever will ship outside of the four countries that they currently serve. But they are anything but fast when it comes to customer support sadly.
