This was a topic I was pretty angry about the other day. What do you guys think? I am so sick of parents banning supplements that have no idea about.
I can't even keep track of how many kids have told me their parents won't let them take protein... so insane..

I agree 100% with you on the topic Scott. I know for fact that way to many people do not have enough knowledge to make informed decisions like this. However the worst part is that the people making these choices have a huge impact on others. I mean, they are free to chose that they do not want to use it themselves, but honestly they should not be in a position where they can chose for others when it comes to this.

I agree 100% @William_Steinset,
I can't tell you how many times I had to explain to parents that protein is protein whether it comes from a bottle or a piece of chicken.
I wish parents would do their damn job and educate themsevles when they are tyring to "teach" their kids.

I just can't see why the hell they would ban creatine and pre-workouts?!
I know for one thing, in my school, drugs and smokes were used probably every single break period...and let's be honest, teachers know when this sort of stuff happens, but do hardly anything about it. These things are doing all kinds of damage to kids.
And yet they are going to ban a couple of supplements, that simply give them a boost of energy and help them with things like performance and recovery??? WTF?!

But most of the schools don't have contracts with BSN or Cellucor. They do have contracts with Coke, Monster and Red Bull.
