Can't believe I filmed this 4 weeks ago. This was right around the time we had all the snow storms and my diet was horrible. I feel so much smaller in this video compared to even 2 weeks ago..
It's crazy what the right amount of carbs can do to your body!

Do you mean in the video that you do the drop set only in the 1st set? Not after every set? Forgive me, English is not my first language! :-D

Hey bro.
The idea is to do one drop on every set. So for the prone leg curl, it would work like this...
Set 1 - 8 reps, lower the weight for 8 more reps
Set 2 - 8 reps, lower the weight for 8 more reps
Set 3 - 8 reps, lower the weight for 8 more reps
Set 4 - 8 reps, lower the weight for 8 more reps
And after each of those sets, you are super setting it with a lat pulldown, where you also do drop sets.
Does that make sense?

Doesn't really matter.. what matters is your overall calorie intake, which should have you in a deficit.
An isolate might be a bit better because it likely has fewer carbs.
