i suck ass at breaking it down into carbs/protein/fat per day. And then finding foods that fit those specific macros.

I like pretty much anything edible except olives.

Im 6”4, 226 lbs from what I understand about body types I’m a mesomorph. I have a moderate level of activity at work every day. Some days it’s high activity. (I work for a lawncare service) I work sun up to sun down so I don’t have tons of time to devote to prepping. I need simplicity. Can anyone help me figure out what my macros should be, and then help me develop a meal plan? It would be nice to know exactly what I should be eating every day, but I just can’t seem to figure out how to do this.

i estimate I have about 25-30 lbs of body fat to lose. So I’m looking for a meal plan to lose fat.

I guess if you like anything edbile.. you are on the seefood diet.. you SEE food and you eat it.. lol.

Go to the @mealplan page and use the calculator there to get yourself some starting numbers based on your fat loss goal. Opt for 1.5g protein and 0.55g fat, because you'll want the carbs to be lower while trying to cut down body fat.

Once you have some numbers post them here and we will help you adjust them! As for choosing foods for your diet, take a look at this - https://muscularstrength.com/article/healthy-shopping-list-for-life
