Depends on your goals: For muscle gain, these are fine. For fat loss, carbs are too high and total calories are too high.

looks good for muscle gain.. but add a bit more calories each month as you gain more muscle!! Let us know! We can help you adjust! usually you add about 200 - 300!

Saw the thread title and thought this was about vitamins/minerals at first (micronutrients) 😂 

 

Depending on your body type, maybe even kick up the carbs more if you're trying to put on muscle. I usually have carbs at 50% of my total caloric intake when bulking.
