    Bad muscle insertions?

    Hey everyone,

      I wanted to post a few pictures about my current progress so far and explain a little about my concern with my physique and see if it is bad muscle insertion or if it is fixable. Firstly my chest is my biggest concern right now cause of the way it is sitting. Two things that bother me is the nipple's sit low and makes it look saggy and underdeveloped and the sides of my chest seem uneven and its worse when wearing a shirt. My main concerns are the upper chest looking very small and the nipples looking very saggy. Now my second concern with my body type is my hips. Im struggling to figure out if this is as slim as my waist will get cause I am currently at 160lbs and still trying to lose body fat percentage. I'm not sue what my percentage is though. I would like my hips to kinda sink in just a tad more and make my obliques pop out more but I am not sure if it is possible. Im thinking im big boned. I do enjoy my traps, biceps and triceps though cause they have always been a strong point of mine. My shoulders are good but I wish they where more defined which I am currently working on. My last concern is with my legs cause it seems as if my lower part of the quad is developed slightly but the upper part is far from it. I am not sure if this is due to my very poor hip and dorseflexion mobility cause I literally have no range of motion to even come close to getting in a squat position without falling backwards. WHat do you guys and ladies think? Is it bad muscle insertions or just underdeveloped areas? If it is underdeveloped what can I do to approve in these areas? Thanks Nation!
