The picture on the left im 144 lbs. Picture on the right I'm 137. The lighting is a little different in the pictures because I was using different phones. The lowest I'm willing to cut down to is 135lbs.
Also, I'm flexing my lats a little bit in the left picture.

You look great Robert. In the right picture, you look leaner.

Thanks John. It's hard to tell sometimes since I see myself everyday.
I really want to get rid of that little bit of fat that goes down the middle of my abs. Right now it looks more like I have a really wide 3 pack. I'm guessing I need to go lower than 135 to do that since I can only see my obliques when I jump up and down.
What bodyfat percentage do you think I am?

I agree with above statements! You look leaner throughout the face to the waist. Good job! Yes, going a little lower in weight will help and doing lower-ab workouts is great. I love ab-rollouts. Really works all the ab muscles!

Robert,
You are chasing a ghost :-) There is no fat in the middle of your abs. Your ab shape, size, and cuts are defined by genetics. Some people have "rope abs" that are thin and long, some have a deep groove in the middle of their abs, some like me have wide abs, some people have "8-packs" some 6, etc. If you try to lose any more weight, you will lose muscle. To make your abs "pop" so the separation between them is more evident, you need to do weighted ab exercises. Scott has a video on this.

I think your obliques show a bit more in the right photo - what's the time difference between the two photos? Even though your weight has changed, it can take time to actually 'notice' a difference...weird, but I know what you mean about looking in the mirror and not noticing a difference.
For bodyfat, I would say...maybe like 9-11% as a rough guesstimate.
They say it takes time remember! Keep it up man!

Thanks Jordan!
The picture on the left was the beginning of June I think. I just wanted to slim down a little, but now I'm going to slowly go back into a surplus. Need to get myself a caliper so I can measure myself accurately next time.
