Hey bro!
Looks like you lost some good weight! Very proud of you!
If I were you I would focus on gaining muscle.
Can you fill us in on a few things?
Weight
Bodyfat %
Daily macros
Current weekly routine
Try to give us as much information as you can.
Also, if you don't know your macros, watch the video on the @mealplan page. It will show you how to calculate them! #HTH

You can have a trainer at your gym do it. If you dont have it, thats ok.. I would say around 10 - 12% as a guess.
But please get the other info!

Scott has you covered. I would just like to weigh something in here. Definitely go for muscle building instead of further fat loss. Because firstly you are not fat all and secondly its not a good thing to go on a diet when you re a teenager. Its not like something really bad is going to happen to you, but its better to be on a caloric surplus when you re growing :)

Have to agree on everything that's already been said. Go for muscle gain from now on! You already showed discipline by losing weight, don't cut it any further.
Good going!

Great work Darren! I would say you are at about 14% bodyfat. This means you are leaner than the average person your age and the average adult who are both at around 20-22% bodyfat nowadays :-)
I would keep doing what you are doing and follow lean gains - gain muscle while losing fat. The good news is you haven't even hit the hight of puberty yet when your testosterone and growth hormones will be at the highest levels in your life. This means if you eat and train right you will get bigger and leaner naturally. It is great you are learning proper eating and training now. Scott started a little younger than you and look how he ended up :-)

Everyone else is spot on, I especially agree with @Whisper about eating while you are growing. I went on a bit of a diet when I was like 16, probably just when I was really starting to grow. It wasn't a good idea, trust me, stick to muscle gain man!
Anyways, about your info...
Are you in a caloric surplus at the moment? You should be, so If so, how much of a surplus?
What does your weight training look like? Are you doing total body training or muscle splits?
I would recommend doing HIIT AFTER lifting. On the days you have basketball, you might not want to do it at all if you don't have the time. Either that, or try to do your HIIT in the morning if you lift in the afternoon. That way you will have as much energy as possible to focus into your weights at the gym.

How long have you been on a 200 calorie surplus, and have you made muscle gains?
You might find you need to bump it up a bit when metabolism kicks in haha.
So what does a regular week of training look like for you? What muscle groups do you train on which days and what is your rep/set range?
