How frequent should I do workouts?

I'm a skinny fat person. I'm currently doing workouts every alternate day- 3 times a week. I have not included any cardio here. My goal is to get a flat stomach and not get bulked up. I want to be like Tom Holland not Dwayne Johnson lol. Should I continue doing that or should I increase my workout days up a bit?

Why not try the 12 week home program @average_joe_007? It will increase your workout volume, help you burn more fat and calories, and it will build some muscle. It's not like the Push/Pull/Legs or 5-Day Bodybuilding split in terms of muscle building, so it could be just what you are after! Take a look and let me know what you think!
