I am still doing my training 3 day fullbody only bodyweight ( execpt for lunges,i am using weight), but recently i was missing the bench press. So first day of doing bench press ( im not planning on continuing but hey.) i suceeded doing 115x10 125x8 135x6  ( I suceeded reaching 135 lb only doing push up for about 1 month reaching my anterior PR)

BUT and this is where it IMPORTANT.. when i did the bench press i did it twice ( i want to be able to do bench press again one day) (I do warm up and the second time i stretched) I started feeling pain in the back of my left shoulder and a bit in the front but only the left shoulder , but both my shoulders start to "pops" after bench pressing .

ALSO when i do dips my right shoulder is painfull sometime when i start leaning forward while doing closegrip dips.

Any sugestion on what i should do, i still have my wrist problem too which is better now but still painful(painful while throwing ball in the net while playing basketball)

THank you in advance for your answers!

What are you doing for your shoulder warm-ups? Are you using my video tips? And did you make sure to retract your shoulder blades while bencing? And make sure to keep your elbows tucked rather than flared out? There are a few things that could be causing the pain.. but it's hard to say without seeing you bench, UNLESS you know you made these mistakes.

And for your wrist pain, make sure you are keeping your wrists STRAIGHT on all your exercises too.. that will help eliminate/prevent wrist pain 😊
