I usually like to run in the morning for some mintues, two days ago When I started to run I felt a strange pain in my hip immediately after 1 second, I am not able to determine the location well but maybe it is below my back. it did not happen to me before

it happened yesterday, I tried some stretching on the floor and they helped a lot I was able to walk very well, But After that I sat down and it happened again.. now I am sitting and feeling some fire below me!

If I sit for 20 minutes I will be not able to walk for some mintues but I will be better gradually

what should I do ? which mistakes I did when I started to run ? although I don't run fast immediately .. When can I go back to gym approximately? I started to get very good results So I hope it won't be long ðŸ˜“

Sounds like it might just be a muscle that was tight and got stretched out a bit too much when you started running. Focus on foam rolling/stretching around your lower back and as much stretching for your hips as you can for a few days to try and relieve some tension in there. Have I linked you to any hip stretching videos yet?

For now, don't do anything that aggrivates it, so when it comes to your leg workouts you'll have to build itno things like squats and deadlifts slowly to see if they cause pain too.

It's hard to say how long it will be until it's fully recovered, but as long as it's not a tear or anything, it shouldn't be too long, and hopefully you can at least still do upper body movements 😊
