I have a desk job and I often leave work and go straight into working out. I feel like i definitely should be doing some type of warm up to prevent injury. In the little bit of research I have been doing today I have found that apparently static stretching is out and dynamic stretching is in (missed the bus on that one). Some of the "Dynamic warm-ups" that I have been looking into look more like full on workouts!? I'm only trying to do a 5-10 minute warm up because I would still like the bulk of my time to be spent lifting. Do you guys have any suggestions or videos you can point me toward? http://greatist.com/fitness/full-body-dynamic-warm-up    <----gonna try this one today before my lift
