Last week I went skiing For 4 days Its been 3 days since i got back And when I fully extend my leg i cant feel pain in my right knee At the back Which im presuming is a tight tending etc, Anyway Tommorow I will be in the gym as i think ive had enough rest should i stay clear from deadlifts and any move ment that require That area untill the Pain is gone Or should i fight through the pain? Im guessing i should wait till i have full range of motion without any pain till i continue?

Sometimes light weight exercises are just what you need. If you're doing deadlifts that day do them and use your warm up Sets as a guide for how your knee is. The warm up sets will allow blood to flow to the area as well as stretch out your tendons. Take you warm up sets slow and be sure to rest a little longer in between sets. If you are still feeling pain I would avoid training using your knee joints, but I know when my joints are aChey a few warm up sets and even a somrwhat heavy set will get my joints warmed up and feeling great!

Also so try using an omega 3 suppleKent if you can or eat some more fish/shellfish. The omega 3 will help balance out your omega 6 which in our diets now adays are way out of line. Not enough omega 3 will result in poor joint health.

hope this helps and good luck with your lifts

If you think you can dead lift.. then go.. you know your body best.. but for me, take it easy for a while. What I mean is.. lift light weight for a mean while. When you are fully recover well.. better to kill them legs.

Don't do anything to make it worse. If it hurts too bad avoid any exercise that involves your knees. And if the pain doesn't go away, you should see a doctor and get it checked out.
