I had recently been having a pain on my left side, at the top of the glutes and just at the top of the insider of my hip/leg. I went for a massage to see if this would help relieve it a little. The guy I had was really helpful and suspected it was due to me having a weaker leg and that I'd been putting more weight on one of my legs and this was the cause. He suggested I try some step ups and squats with each leg to see if I could pinpoint which was the weaker. I did this and my left leg is definitely the stronger of the two, the right is very weak in comparison.
Any tips on how I would strengthen it? Would it be squat type excercises but doing more reps with that leg? (Hope that makes sense?)
