Had what I thought was one of my best workouts to date yesterday (pull b in your ppl routine) but near the end my forearms felt like they were going to explode... they were hard as rocks, almost sore to touch and I kept opening and closing my hands to try and relieve them. Not sure if this is good or bad? I pushed through and finished but wondered if that was the right choice or if it's poor circulation or a strange build up on my part. A few hours later everything is fine but curious to know if this is a good sign or bad.

@24kalchemist Your forearms might just not be used to that much volume? They have to work overtime for your pulling movements so it's totally normal for them to get sore and tight. If the pain and tightness was gone a few hours later I wouldn't worry about it at all. Just sounds like they were pumped! 💪
