Hi Scott,
After going through many workouts which you have uploaded on Workout pages and Full Program pages, I just want your suggestion on the right workout plan for me.
I am 31, started gym in March and till now I have lost 30 pounds, mostly with Interval cardio plan. I take two meals, try to follow 16:8 fating regime after reading this book - the complete guide to fasting by Dr. Jason Fung.
Now weight loss isn't my main concern, as I have set a target to loose 30 more pounds by the end of this year which I can do with Interval cardio plan and fasting. But my main concern is to start strength training along with these two.
So, far I have gone through your:

but it's like an information overload for me. So, it would be great if you could just guide me to the right strength building workout which I should follow (3 days in a week).
