I am going to start  the 3D chest work out next week and I need advice on which works out I should use for the rest of days. I looked all of Scott's workout routines and I'm stump on which ones to adapt.

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/build-your-best-chest-with-two-workouts-a-week.html

Day 1: Chest workout 1, abs
Day 2: Back, biceps
Day 3: Shoulders, triceps
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Chest workout 2, abs
Day 6: Legs
Day 7: Rest

I am very novice lifter who just finished 3 months of the following routine:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/teen-mass_home_gym_workout.htm

At home I only have access to barbells and dumbbells. In the next week or so I am planning on buying a ez curl bar.  In the next six months I'm considering buying a basic cable machine and dip station. Also, I have a low basement so the standing mililary press are a no go.

Thank you!

Here is a little simple routine that will build up your chest and triceps and if you know about fitness, having strong triceps will help you on building up strength on your bench press which will then build strong 3d size muscles like your looking for.

Bench Press– 2 set of 4-6, 3 sets of 8-12

Dumbbell Bench Press – 2 set of 4-6, 3 sets of 8-12

Incline Flys – 1 set of 4-6, 3 sets of 8-12
Flat Bench Flys – 1 set of 4-6, 2 sets of 8-12
Chest Dips – 1 set of 4-6, 3 sets of 8-12
Triceps (3 sets each exercise): v bar pushdowns, overhead extensions, rope pushdowns. (10-12 reps each set)

Hope that helped alil. If your looking for great routines check out and subscribe to my youtube channel ReggieBFitness.

Hello Reggie, I've the same problem with the Chest. I'm going to combine this excercises on my legs days. I've 1 question, for example 'Bench Press– 2 set of 4-6, 3 sets of 8-12', dou you mean '2 sets of ...' OR '3 sets of ...', or do I've to do both '2 sets and 3 sets'?
