First time doing these. I've always done regular barbell rows. Felt extremely awkward. Last set felt the best

Hey bro!

 

I think it is too heavy. You need to bend over more so your upper body is parallel to the floor and DOESNT MOVE during the movement. Just your arms should move. :-D

What gym is that? It looks well stocked and layed out.

Thanks Scott. I have pendlay rows this wednesday so i'll try to make my form better.

Still the same 24 Hour Fitness at the Embarcadero :)

Just wish they had bumper plates to make deadlifting a bit easier.
