@Mortalblood I think there is something wrong with your internet or the way you post...you always post the same comment twice haha.

Anyway, back to your chest problem...looking at your routine, have you tried using the barbell instead of dumbbells? Maybe you will get a better contraction that way?

Now that I think about it, what is your form like too? Are you squeezing your chest and trying to bring your arms together when ever you perform these movements, particularly the flat and incline pressing? If you are just pushing your arms basically straight up, you might not be putting enough emphasis, focus and energy into your chest.

32 sets is also a lot of sets, especially when you are just repeating basically the same movement over and over (e.g incline press, flies, incline machine flies, incline cable flies). What about some dips or plate presses or something to swtich up your movements?

Form is important...do you have that mind-muscle connection going on? Really think about what muscle you are training everytime you push those dumbbells up for your bench press.

You can still look like you are performing movements properly without fully engaging the muscle...I wonder too if you would be better doing more variety of exercises - maybe try some single arm presses, some dips, things like that.

If you are getting a pump and DOMS then you are working your chest fine. DOMS can last for a good range od days 1-4 for example. 32 sets for chest is way too much, I'd do 15-20 max a week. If you are training the muscle group and still have DOMS you are fine if it's slight but if it's extreme I'd give another days rest.

I have been training coming up on 6 years and have made some great gainz. I've done a lot of trial and error on myself as well as learned from others and through research online. I've come along way in strength and size since I've started. I will continue to learn and make myself better each day.
