Hi Im new to this and wanted to ask on the wrist curls and reverse wrist curls can i use dumbbells instead of the bar.  Also on any of these videos what is the best weight to start with.  Im 105lbs and 5'4 tall.  Sorry if i have posted in the wrong place.

Hi !

 

Growing forearms can be done with both barbell and dumbells. I like reverse curls a lot and I also use dumbells. You can also do deadlifts or any other back movement becuase they will also work your forearms. I usually do not hit my forearms directly, but I dont worry about my forearms anyway so I guess it just doesnt matter to me.

Pick a weight you can do 12-15 reps on to get a good pump. Also vary it up so you can hit em with some heavier weights doing 6-8 reps. I can not tell you what weight to use as I have no idea how strong you are, you have to try it out and see what works.
